Polish Connection

Ingredients

8 thumb-sized pieces of fresh Pineapple
8-10 Basil Leaves
5 cl Vodka Purovka
3 cl Lime Juice
1 cl Vanilla Syrup
2 cl Elderflower Liqueur
Basil

Preparation

First, muddle the pineapple in a mixing glass and then hard shake with all ingredients with ice cubes.
Then double-strain with a fine sieve into the coupette. Add a sprig of basil as a garnish to the drink.
