Grasovka Rhubarb

Ingredients

3 cl Grasovka
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Rhubarb
4 rhubarb juice
1 teaspoon blueberry jam
On top Grasovka Fizz Espuma/foam

Preparation

Place all ingredients (apart from the Grasovka Fizz Espuma) into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Using a fine sieve pour into the GRASOVKA tumbler filled with ice cubes and add the Espuma on top. Garnish with something like a blueberry on a cocktail stick.

Preparation Grasovka Fizz Espuma:

2 cl egg white
1 cl Grasovka
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Cane Sugar
Place everything in a cold foamer or beat to a thick consistency using a hand blender/whisk.
