2 cl Grasovka
3 cl freshly puréed peach (alternatively peach purée)
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Peach
5 cl Sparkling wine
Use a mixer or a hand blender to purée fresh peach into a creamy consistency. Fill a GRASOVKA Tumbler with ice cubes, add all the ingredients mentioned and stir. Garnish with a scoop of peach or a peach fan as desired.
You could also add a fresh sprig of basil for decoration.
