6 cl Grasovka
1 cl lemon juice
4 cl blackcurrant nectar
1 cl vanilla syrup

1 BL raspberry jam

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker over ice cubes until very frothy and double strain into the pre-chilled glass over ice cubes. Fizz with soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and berries!

Build up all the ingredients in the shot glass in order.

Gently stir all the ingredients in a glass over ice cubes.

Apple slices
Gently stir all the ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass.
6 cl Grasovka

½ teaspoon sugar
6 cl apple juice (naturally cloudy)
15 cl ginger beer
Stir all ingredients well apart from the ginger beer – then add ginger beer and pour into a Grasovka glass.
4 cl Grasovka
5 cl apple juice (naturally cloudy)
Vanilla sugar to taste
Cinnamon
Put into a shaker with ice cubes, shake well and serve in a Grasovka glass.

Mix blackberries, raspberries and thyme in a GRASOVKA Tumbler. Add the remaining ingredients and shake over crushed ice. Garnish with a berry on a cocktail stick.
3 cl Grasovka
1 teaspoon of apple sauce
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon
4 cl pear juice
1 cl lime juice
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake over ice cubes. Pour into a pre-cooled GRASOVKA Tumbler with ice cubes and garnish with a pear fan. Add a sprig of mint as desired.
2 cl Grasovka
3 cl freshly puréed peach (alternatively peach purée)
1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Peach
5 cl Sparkling wine
Use a mixer or a hand blender to purée fresh peach into a creamy consistency. Fill a GRASOVKA Tumbler with ice cubes, add all the ingredients mentioned and stir. Garnish with a scoop of peach or a peach fan as desired.
You could also add a fresh sprig of basil for decoration.
2 cl Grasovka

1 cl Riemerschmid Bar-Syrup Vanilla
1 cl lemon juice
3 cl cherry juice
3 cl redcurrant juice
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake over ice cubes. Pour into a pre-cooled GRASOVKA Tumbler with ice cubes and decorate with something like a strawberry on a cocktail stick. Add a sprig of mint as desired. If you want to, add a topping of half-whipped cream as well.
3 cl Grasovka

4 rhubarb juice
1 teaspoon blueberry jam
On top Grasovka Fizz Espuma/foam
Place all ingredients (apart from the Grasovka Fizz Espuma) into a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Using a fine sieve pour into the GRASOVKA tumbler filled with ice cubes and add the Espuma on top. Garnish with something like a blueberry on a cocktail stick.

Place everything in a cold foamer or beat to a thick consistency using a hand blender/whisk.
Lemon grass
Lemon Lemonade
4 cl Grasovka
Muddle a stem lemon grass to get the aroma out. Pour 4 cl GRASOVKA over ice cubes into a long drink glass and fill up with lemonade. Add the lemon grass into the glass and stir slightly.
Ginger Beer
Raspberry pulp
4 cl Grasovka
Pour Grasovka and pulp into a long drink glass with ice cubes, stir and fill up with Ginger beer. Stir again and garnish with a lemon twist.
Sparkling Wine
3 cl Grasovka
2 cl Blue Curaçao
1 cl Hitchcock lemon juice
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with ice and top up with chilled sparkling wine.
Ginger Ale
2 cl Grasovka
Pour Grasovka onto ice and top up with Ginger Ale.
6 cl Grasovka
3 cl Raspberry syrup
1.5 cl Lemon juice
Dash of Apple juice
Dash of Lemonade
Pour all ingredients over ice in a highball glass and garnish with raspberries.
4 cl Grasovka
apple juice soda
Pour ingredients into a glass filled with ice and top up with ice cold apple juice soda. Optional you can use apple juice (unfiltered).
