3 cl Grasovka
5-6 Mint leaves
2 cl Apple and honey syrup*
3 thinly-sliced apple segments
Put the mint leaves into a highball glass or a copper beaker and lightly crush with a pestle in the glass or beaker. Add vodka and apple and honey syrup.
Fill with ice and pour in ginger beer. Serve with apple segments, mint stems and a straw.
*For the apple and honey syrup 100 ml cook up good natural, cloudy apple juice with 60-80 g honey and allow to cool. Fill a glass or bottle with the syrup. The syrup will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
